1st Step: Chat

2nd Step: Meet
A free, no-obligation meeting to discuss possible ways forward. Lasting an hour or two, this conversation gives you the opportunity to tell us more about your situation and business. You get to know us better and will be able to judge whether you want to work with us. Even if you don’t decide to work with us, you will still take away ideas you can put into practice immediately.
3rd Step: Agree the Scope of Support
During our conversation, you prioritise what your business most needs and consider what type of support would be most useful. Different ways of working include:
Fixed Price Projects - Where you need specific deliverables, for example clearly-defined job descriptions and an effective organisation chart. We achieve agreed outcomes for you based on a clearly-defined project proposal.
Ongoing Support - Where you need support spread over a period of time to help you take your business forward. We work at an agreed level of intensity – a day a week, a day a month, or whatever suits you best.
Skill Development and Training: Where it’s clear you have a group of people who all need to raise their skill levels in a particular field, we provide bespoke workshops to take everyone forward together.
4th Step: Start the Work
We will start work as soon as mutually convenient. We’ll spend time understanding your starting point, to make sure that what we do is right for you and your business. We recognise that every organisation is different, and
we use tools and techniques that will work for you, not a one-size-fits-all template.
If we are starting on a ongoing support basis, again, we begin by listening. We put a plan together, agreeing objectives for each stage and reviewing progress together regularly. You won’t be tied into any long term contract. If you want to change the scope, increase or decrease the amount of input, stop for a period if you’re busy on other things, or simply stop altogether, that’s fine.
