invitation to a process mapping workshop.

Bringing representatives of your business together, we map the way your business works today to create a picture of 'current state'. This is done
in a group environment, allowing people to learn from each other while we
capture the way the business works through the creation of a wall
chart. The process is highly interactive and will often clear up
misunderstandings and close gaps within your existing process by
creating awareness and understanding.
Create the Future Vision - The way you will do Business Tomorrow
Identifying improvements and creating a vision for the 'future state'.
We work with the team to identify ways to simplify and improve the
process. We challenge the way things are done by having the customer
outcome first in mind. The questions we ask include:
- Does the way you do things fit with your overall objectives?
- Are you focused on the customer, or are you led by internal needs?
- What steps add value, and what could be eliminated or simplified?
- When does the process fail, and how can you eliminate mistakes?
- What is the simplest way to satisfy your customer?

ideas and insights that will feed directly into the creation of a future state vision. As outsider we will provide guidance, feedback and suggestions to ensure your vision for the future is robust and actionable.
Plan Actions
We tie all the ideas together, identify what’s feasible, and
discuss how to prioritise improvements. We help you put together

realistic plan for putting changes into action.

Few people thrive on rapid change; most prefer things to evolve more

practices into place and develop your own change management skills and
